As a busy mom, wife, & business professional, I know firsthand what it feels like to wear multiple hats—constantly juggling responsibilities, feeling scattered, and running on fumes. I was exhausted and overwhelmed, yet I kept hearing about the benefits of meditation, breathwork, and self-care practices.

It wasn’t until I finally carved out time for a morning routine—just 10-15 minutes a day & got in a rhythm—that I started to notice real change. I felt calmer, more grounded, and more present in my life. That small commitment to myself grew into a full hour as I explored and implemented new practices that truly made a difference. My routine isn’t always perfect, and there are days I miss it, but I’ve learned to give myself grace while recognizing the undeniable benefits when I stay consistent.
